Our Story

Terramare is led by Head Chef Giuseppe Castellano. Our seasonally inspired menu is rooted in the traditions of coastal Italy, where simplicity and quality define every dish. Fresh seafood arrives daily, our pastas are made in-house each morning, and many of our ingredients are carefully sourced from Italy to preserve authenticity and flavor. Alongside our signature plates, we offer a curated raw bar and a selection of house-made charcuterie, designed for sharing and exploring—small bites that highlight the depth and beauty of each ingredient.
